{"id":492,"date":"2020-01-29T01:53:26","date_gmt":"2020-01-29T00:53:26","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/ilhlaw.com\/?p=492"},"modified":"2023-10-21T10:54:01","modified_gmt":"2023-10-21T15:54:01","slug":"ventajas-de-las-fundaciones-privadas-en-panama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/ilhlaw.com\/?p=492","title":{"rendered":"Ventajas de las fundaciones privadas en Panam\u00e1"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El concepto de Fundaci\u00f3n de Inter\u00e9s Privado (PIF) acredita que una entidad jur\u00eddica se ha desarrollado sobre la base de tres modelos diferentes en jurisdicciones, incluido el principado de Liechtenstein, el cual contiene una de las principales referencias acerca de fundaciones privadas sin \u00e1nimos de lucro, adem\u00e1s de los principados de Suiza y Luxemburgo.<\/p>\n<p>En Panam\u00e1 el gobierno dise\u00f1\u00f3 minuciosamente la Fundaci\u00f3n de Inter\u00e9s Privado con el prop\u00f3sito de crear un sistema moderno, m\u00e1s flexible, accesible y de planificaci\u00f3n para personas de todo el mundo, debido a que los activos de la fundaci\u00f3n asumen una identidad legal y separada de los activos personales del fundador o beneficiarios.<\/p>\n<p>La utilizaci\u00f3n de la Fundaci\u00f3n de Inter\u00e9s Privado en Panam\u00e1 puede ser por apoyo familiar, protecci\u00f3n y gesti\u00f3n de activos, efectos testamentarios, fiscales o de renta vitalicia, fines educativos o ben\u00e9ficos, gesti\u00f3n de seguros y para recibir o administrar el capital y t\u00edtulos con la intenci\u00f3n de valer como garant\u00eda o respaldo.<\/p>\n<p>La Fundaci\u00f3n de Inter\u00e9s Privado en Panam\u00e1 se basa en el derecho civil y se constituye por medio de un documento legal que se presenta para su registro.
